Yesterday, I was going to make a pizza when I found out I was missing some ingredients.

I decided to drive to the store.

February's conlang challenge over at
"February - Make some words for a version of "ebonics", or other highly derived slang for your conlang. Alternatively, make a pidgin, either using two of your conlangs or a conlang and a natlang."
So, here’s my attempt at a Guhan-English pidgin. A lot of the vocab is pulled from English (obviously).
The syntax is largely Guhan, because it’s fixed and regular, except that here adjectives precede nouns, and the verb and subject are switched.
The pronunciation of English words is adjusted to suit Guhan, and so I transcribed it in the same way I transcribe Guhan. (pronounce every letter written in pidgin and guhan)
I didn't record it because I felt a bit stupid/fake/trying to be jamaican/racist sounding when I read the pidgin out loud. Um...yeah.
Does anyone else have trouble categorizing this stuff? DA, we need a conlang category, yo.

YAY!!! a new deviation! (great timing though, I've got a big exam on friday..., but anyway)
I totally freaked out when I tryed to read the first line, it was like I had completely misunderstood Guhan!
but then I read the other two lines and it was so reasuring to see esoi!
But it's really funny and sweet, totally like a japanese lady trying to speak english!
